Dr Lesley Croucher’s Retirement on the 1st August 2014.

As most of you know by now Dr Lesley Croucher will be retiring on the 1st August after over 30 years of dedicated service.

For those who wish to donate to a leaving present for her there is a collection and card at the Surgery.

Opening Times

Crawley Down Health Centre Opening Times
From 8:30am – 1:00pm & 2:00pm - 6:30pm Monday to Friday (phone lines are open from 8:00am).

A triage system operates weekday mornings. This is a system that will allow us to prioritise when and how a patient is seen or dealt with. Patient’s are required to ring the practice (between 08:30 – 12:00) and give a brief description of their symptoms and leave a contact number where they can be reached within the next 90 minutes. Routine appointments however can still be booked in advance between 10am – 5:00pm. If you cannot keep an appointment please inform the receptionists as soon as possible.

West Hoathly Branch Surgery Hours
9:00am Tuesday and Thursday.

This is a small surgery for residents of West Hoathly and the surrounding area only who are unable to travel to Crawley Down. There is an appointment system and patients are asked to ring the Health Centre (01342 713031), at least the day before attending, to facilitate administration.

Turners Hill Branch Surgery Hours
9:00am Wednesday.

This is a small surgery for the residents of Turners Hill who are unable to travel to Crawley Down. There is no appointment system but patients are asked to ring the Health Centre (01342 713031), at least the day before attending, to facilitate administration.

Commuter Clinics

Commuter clinic means clinics outside of the normal GP hours (8am - 6:30pm).  If you are unable to get to us during normal working hours due to work commitments we can offer appointments on Saturdays, early mornings and evenings.

Disabled Access

The Health Centre, West Hoathly and Turners Hill Surgeries have full disabled access and toilets.
