Crawley Down Health Centre Opening Times
From 8.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Weekday surgeries are by appointment only, although urgent cases will be seen on the same day, by whichever doctor is available. Please telephone for an appointment between 8.30am - 5.00pm. If you cannot keep an appointment please inform the receptionists as soon as possible.

West Hoathly Branch Surgery Hours
9.00am Tuesday and Thursday.

This is a small surgery for residents of West Hoathly and the surrounding area only who are unable to travel to Crawley Down. There is an appointment system and patients are asked to ring the Health Centre (01342 713031), at least the day before attending, to facilitate administration.

Turners Hill Branch Surgery Hours
Wednesday 9.00am.

This is a small surgery for the residents of Turners Hill who are unable to travel to Crawley Down. There is no appointment system but patients are asked to ring the Health Centre (01342 713031), at least the day before attending, to facilitate administration.

To get medical advice from your doctor, please telephone reception between 12.30 - 1.00pm Monday to Friday.

How Do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and require a visit, please telephone reception (01342 713031), before 10.00am if possible, to allow us to plan the day.

How Do I... Obtain Test Results?

Please call 01342 713031 between 2.00 – 4.00pm on weekdays for results. Routine blood tests, urine and swab results take about four days, X-ray results seven to ten working days.
